An attorney in the AP&S Boston Litigation Group working on products liability, toxic tort and complex multi-party litigation matters for clients throughout New England.  Greg O’Neil’s resourcefulness and attention to detail have translated into successful outcomes for his clients.   

Prior to joining AP&S, his varied practice included work in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, admiralty, professional liability, municipal and civil rights litigation in the Massachusetts state and federal courts for the law firm of Lynch & Lynch in South Easton, Massachusetts.

At the University of Connecticut School of Law, he was an Associate Editor on the Connecticut Law Review and a research assistant to Professor Richard S. Kay.  Mr. O’Neil’s law review note titled “Davis & Hammon: Redefining the Constitutional Right to Confrontation” was selected for publication in Volume 40 of the Connecticut Law Review.  During law school, Mr. O’Neil served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Leonard D. Wexler in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a restaurant in a premises liability matter.
  • National toxic tort litigation defense in multi-jurisdictional asbestos claims.
