An experienced litigator in real estate development, toxic tort, product liability and insurance matters, Kip Adams speaks his clients’ language, making their objectives his own.
In his time with Adler Pollock & Sheehan, Kip has represented a number of large clients in disputes concerning real estate development projects, as well as defended various sized clients facing product and premises liability claims. Kip also draws upon a wealth of experience in defending the firm's clients facing liability in the asbestos litigation, having previously served as part of the national trial team of attorneys defending a products manufacturer from claims in courts from California to Massachusetts.
Admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Maine, the United States District Court for Massachusetts, the United States District Court for Maine and U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals, he boasts varied clients, from biotech to manufacturing to construction. A certified alpine ski instructor, Kip is a longstanding member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America.

- Represented specialty water works product manufacturer in $5 million lawsuit involving damages resulting from a catastrophic flood at a water purification facility
