A veteran litigator handling a wide range of complex, high-stakes cases for his varied commercial and individual clients, William Burke brings decades of successful trial experience to bear in all aspects of litigation, including products, professional and general liability cases, and insurance and commercial matters, in state and federal courts.
Also a seasoned criminal defense attorney formerly employed by the United States Justice Department’s Organized Crime Strike Force. Bill works to anticipate and solve problems that impact construction companies, insurance companies, manufacturers, individuals and more. His decades-long track record of litigation successes attests to his drive to excellence on behalf of those clients.
Before joining AP&S in 2005 he served 20 years as a founding partner of Boston’s Burke & McMenimen, P.C., offering a full range of counseling and litigation services for insurers, property managers and owners, manufacturers, common carriers and professional service providers.
