Keeping his clients out of court ranks among Jeffrey Crudup’s most satisfying work as a business litigator and bankruptcy attorney, saving them time and money. Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York, he works to make the law and complex legal processes—across a wide range of matters—understandable to his varied business clients so they can make informed business decisions.
A New Jersey native, Jeffrey brings broad business and legal knowledge to his practice, having previously served as law clerk to the Bank of America’s Boston General Counsel and as a contributor to the revision of Managers and the Legal Environment (6th edition), the definitive business law textbook.
Educated at Williams College, the University College of London, and the Boston College School of Law, he is active in Providence area civic life, serving on the Finance Committee and Board of Directors of the Southside Community Land Trust, working to foster urban agriculture.
