Client Comments
“ Stanley Kanter is clearly the best real estate attorney in Rhode Island. He concentrates on getting the deal done and solving the problems rather than just raising them. He is at home in the political and legislative spheres, a must in Rhode Island. He is impeccably honest and his first loyalty is always to the client. I have frequently utilized his advice in both a strategic and tactical sense. As a non-practicing lawyer, I have high expectations and Stanley almost always fulfills them.”
Finn Caspersen, Chairman, Knickerbocker
“In my opinion, Stanley Kanter is the foremost real estate attorney in New England. His knowledge and expertise are second to none. He has handled numerous complex real estate matters for me with superior results. Stanley is extremely responsive to client demands and handles sensitive issues with utmost professionalism and decorum in all instances. His attention to detail and the quality of his work are two of his strongest assets. He is a community leader and a strong mentor for younger attorneys. Stanley Kanter has my highest recommendation.”
William Gorgone, Vice President & General Counsel, Cookson Electronics, Inc.
Stanley Kanter has represented our interests for many years in real estate matters in Rhode Island. He is savvy, smart, accessible, and very funny. Small matters are given the same attention to detail as are more weighty challenges. Stanley’s judgment is solid, and his knowledge in these matters is extensive. He knows Rhode Island real estate inside out. Because he knows the subject, he does the work – not junior associates. Additionally, he is a solid counselor on other matters as well. He does not allow himself or his client to become swayed by emotion; if the matter simply is emotion, he will so advise.”
