Defense attorney Brian McMenimen has won numerous significant courtroom victories in state and federal court over his three-decade-long career, including cases where his clients overcame long odds.
Brian focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including products liability, automobile, commercial and other general liability matters. In addition, he’s a skilled criminal defense attorney, handling complex cases in both state and federal jurisdictions.
Before joining AP&S in 2005, he was a founding partner for 20 years at Boston’s Burke & McMenimen, P.C., engaging in a full range of counseling and litigation services for insurers, self-insured corporations, property managers and owners, manufacturers, common carriers and professional service providers. Previously he served in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office as prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
