Creative in finding solutions to complex business disputes, Erica Mecler Caron handles general litigation, insurance defense, construction law cases and premises liability matters for her varied Boston area clients.
Prior to joining AP&S, she worked in complex commercial litigation for the Boston law firm Friedman & Atherton, LLP. In addition to her involvement with Massachusetts court cases, she participated in contract and commercial real estate disputes in Maryland Circuit Courts and in contract and business litigation in Connecticut State Courts.
At the Suffolk University School of Law she was a Trustee Merit Scholarship recipient, twice named to the dean’s list, and selected as student attorney in the Suffolk Law Housing and Consumer Protection Clinic, representing clients in Revere and Chelsea, Massachusetts.
