Focusing on personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, medical malpractice, complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and insurance defense and coverage issues, Todd boasts extensive trial experience in the state and federal courts of both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. His clients include Rhode Island municipalities and developers, a prominant toy manufacturer, national insurance carriers, institutional clients, individuals, and a variety of mid-size local businesses.
Previously, at Melick & Porter, LLP, a leading Boston insurance defense firm, Todd successfully handled wide-ranging insurance defense cases and civil litigation for major universities, local and national insurance carriers and self-insured businesses.
