Julia Techentin is an associate in the business and corporate, mergers and acquisitions, public finance and energy and telecommunications groups.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Techentin was a corporate associate at Dechert in Philadelphia.  Her experience includes work on all aspects of general corporate matters and revenue and general obligation bond issuances, complex domestic and international public and private transactions, private equity investments in companies across many industries including industrial, biotech, and retail.

Ms. Techentin’s work on specific transactions included working as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in municipal and other public financings, organizing and conducting all phases of due diligence, coordinating international counsel and advising clients on potential liability and compliance with securities regulations.  In connection with specific transactions, Ms. Techentin has negotiated and drafted stock and asset purchase agreements, bond purchase agreements, escrow, registration rights, indemnification and non-disclosure agreements and a variety of other agreements.
