Inventor's Greenhouse v. Hasbro

AP&S defended the toy maker, Hasbro, the second largest toy and game manufacturer in the world, on a claim that one of Hasbro’s products, the “Talkin’ Tools” misrepresentation and breach of contract in misappropriating the plaintiff’s concept for a line of toy tools that “talked” in a fashion evocative of the function of the tool (for example, a tape measure might say, “great measuring!”). Plaintiff claimed millions of dollars in damages.  AP&S defended Hasbro during jury trial and judgment was entered on behalf of Hasbro and against plaintiff on all claims.
