Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel

We successfully represented FelCor Lodging Trust and certain of its subsidiaries and affiliates in connection with the acquisition of the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel.  Our representation of FelCor included acting as Massachusetts counsel in connection with negotiation of the purchase and sale agreement, review of title, survey, permitting, land use and zoning matters, coordinating transfer of the hotel’s liquor license and negotiating assignment assumption of the collective bargaining agreement associated with the hotel.  Our firm was able to provide the client with the unique blend of expertise in hospitality law, real estate law, labor law and local licensing and permitting.
