The USLAW Network is a national organization comprised of more than 60 independent firms in 45 states with over 3,500 attorneys.  An alliance with the Trans-European Law Firm Alliance gives even greater access to 23 European law firms representing 600 lawyers.  Law firms selected for membership are AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and possess broad commercial legal capabilities, including substantial litigation and trial experience.

• U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers have released their inaugural publication of law firm rankings and ranked Adler Pollock & Sheehan among the best law firms in Rhode Island in the following practice areas: Administrative/ Regulatory Law, Criminal Defense: White Collar, Employment Law - Management, General Commercial Litigation, Government Relations, Health Care Law, Labor Law- Manangement, Land Use & Zoning Law, Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions - Defendants, Product Liability Litigation - Defendents, Real Estate Law, Tax Law and Trust & Estates Law.
• Finance Monthly has officially published the results of the Finance Monthly Law Awards 2011.  Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. was named Commercial Litigation Law Firm of the Year, USA and veteran litigator John A. Tarantino was named Commercial Litigation Lawyer of the Year, USA. “It is unquestionably one of the most distinguished law awards events of the year for the legal profession” says Finance Monthly magazine. The 2011 Finance Monthly Law Awards recognizes firms that have dedicated their resources to innovation, built on their depth of expertise and achieved outstanding results in commercial litigation for major clients. 
• Named by Corporate Board Member magazine as one of the top corporate law firms based on a survey of directors of publicly traded U.S. corporations.
• Making an elite list of 600 firms nationwide, AP&S was recognized by corporate counsel from America's largest companies for high quality and cost effectiveness in a survey conducted by American Lawyer Magazine. Also noted for its Litigation and Environmental practices, AP&S was one of only six firms mentioned in New England.

Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings fall into two categories -- legal ability and general ethical standards. This unbiased review is a reflection of having achieved the highest levels of professional skill and integrity. AP&S is an AV rated firm.

Adler Pollock & Sheehan has been rated a leading Rhode Island law firm by the prestigious publication Chambers USA:  America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.  Among the practice areas that were ranked in premier positions in the nationwide directory were Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Law.  The Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate practices have also been top ranked in the state of Rhode Island.
