Techentin To Present at Best Practices Seminar

Jeffrey Techentin, a shareholder in the Litigation Department, is one of two presenters at a day-long seminar, "Evidence and Expert Testimony Best Practices:  Supporting Your Case" scheduled for August 21^st.  Among the topics Jeff will be covering are:  Strategies with Evidence at Trial; Attacking Opposing Expert Evidence; and Evidence, Experts and Hearsay in the Courtroom.  The seminar is sponsored by the National Business Institute and is being held at the Sheraton Providence Airport Hotel in Warwick, RI
