Kristen Sherman Speaks at R.I. Bar Association Seminar

Kristen Sherman will be one of the presenters at the Rhode Island Bar Association’s CLE Seminar “Responding to DEM and CRMC Enforcement Actions” on December 1, 2009 from 3:00p.m. – 5:00p.m. at the Rhode Island Law Center in Providence. 

This seminar is designed to give practitioners an overview of enforcement actions of two environmental agencies, the R.I. Coastal Resources Management Council and the R.I.
