Phil Brown, Kelly Martin Malone and Ken Hill Participate in Panel Discussion

Phil Brown, Kelly Martin Malone and Ken Hill were panelists along with Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz at a discussion entitled “The Social Host- To Be or Not To Be!” conducted at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, MA on November 10, 2009 for parents of Notre Dame Academy and Boston College High School students.  The program focused on the pitfalls of providing venues for high school parties where alcohol is served. The panel was chaired by Phil Brown.
