AP&S Plays Key Role in R.I. Broadband Mapping Project

Adler Pollock & Sheehan has been chosen to work with the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation, EA Engineering, Science and Technology and others on the Rhode Island Broadband Mapping Project.  Rhode Island received $1.5 million dollars from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to fund the project’s broadband data collection and mapping activities.  AP&S Partners, Kristen Sherman and Alan Shoer and Associate, John Russell will be playing a key role in drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements with facilities based providers to protect the dissemination of provider confidential information.
