AP&S Forms Minority Partnership

AP&S is pleased to announce that it has formed a partnership with the Minority Investment Development Corporation and the Rhode Island Coalition for Minority Investment to help build strong urban businesses in RI.  The firm will offer basic legal services at no cost to eligible clients of the MIDC/RICMI who are starting their own business or expanding an existing business.

The Minority Investment Development Corporation is a for-profit corporation that makes loans for a variety of purposes.  The Rhode Island Coalition for Minority Investment is a nonprofit organization that provides business development assistance to borrowing clients of MIDC as well as economically disadvangated small businesses.
