Sherman Discusses Environmental Regulations Nov. 15th

Kristen Sherman, shareholder in the Environmental Law Group, will be one of four presenters at a day-long seminar for professional engineers and land surveyors.  Her presentation will include:

• Understanding sources of environmental law (federal, state and local)
• Knowing your regulators (CRMC, RIDEM, ACOE and others)
• Environmental laws and regulations impacting the use and development of land (air, waste, water and wildlife)
• Enforcement of environmental laws and regulations and penalties for non-compliance
