AP&S Ranks Top in R.I. According to 2006 CHAMBERS USA

AP&S ranks tops among law firms in Rhode Island according to the recently-released 2006 Chambers USA’s America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.  AP&S is "a first-rate law firm and gets high marks in client service and legal expertise."  Among the practice areas to be ranked in premier positions in the nationwide directory were Commercial Litigtion and Employment Law.  The Real Estate and Corporate/Commercial practices were also included in this year’s ranking.  Indepth interviews with both clients and attorneys by the Directory’s research team praised the litigation team’s "creative and intellectual approach;" the employment team’s "broad range of expertise and very responsive and cost-effective work;" the corporate practice for its "depth and breadth on the M& A side;" and citing the real estate practice as "the best." 

Receiving individual recognition in the Directory as leading attorneys in the state are John Tarantino, Patricia Rocha, David Wollin and Todd White for Commercial Litigation;  Robert Brooks and Michael Chittick for Employment; Stephen Geanacopoulos for Corporate/Commercial; and Stanley Kanter, Joseph DiStefano, Elizabeth Noonan, and Robert Stolzman for Real Estate.

The annual Chambers USA rankings are determined by surveying over ten thousand clients and attorneys across the country based on several criteria, including legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial awareness/astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.
