AP&S Attorneys Named Massachusetts "Rising Stars"

Adler Pollock & Sheehan announces that three attorneys from the firm’s Boston office have been named 2007 Massachusetts "Rising Stars."  They were recognized in the Super Lawyers special section of the May edition of Boston Magazine.   

The attorneys, all associates practicing in the Litigation Group, who have been named Rising Stars include:

Brian R. Birke, whose practice includes complex commercial, securities, and insurance litigation.  He joined the firm in 2000. 

Rory Z. Fazendeiro, whose practice focuses in business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage and litigation, products liability, corporate law and real estate.  He joined AP&S in 2006.  This is the third year that Mr. Fazendeiro has been honored with the recognition of "Rising Star."

Timothy P. Frawley, whose practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, as well as insurance defense and coverage.  He joined AP&S in 2005.  Mr. Frawley has been selected as a "Rising Star" for the past four years.
