Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Holmander and Joseph R. Marion, III have been elected shareholders of the firm, effective January 1, 2017.
Dan is the Co-chair of the Intellectual Property Group, and a U.S. registered patent attorney with extensive technical experience developing clients’ patent portfolios. Dan also contributed to the formation of the Innovator’s Springboard at AP&S.
Joseph currently serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Group. His areas of practice include generational wealth transfer estate and income tax planning, long-term care and special needs planning, business succession planning, probate and trust administration and real estate with a focus on land conservation.
