The Hospital Association of Rhode Island Board of Trustees awarded Joseph DiStefano the 2011 Benjamin R. Sturges Distinguished Service Award for his work with St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island.
Benjamin R. Sturges served the hospitals of our state with great energy and vision for more than 50 years. The Sturges Award is the most prestigious recognition offered by the Association, and honors dedicated service to health care in Rhode Island.
The award was presented at The Hospital Association of Rhode Island’s Celebration of Excellence, held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick.
