Overview

Anthony is a member of the firm’s litigation group where he represents clients in both state and federal Courts in matters involving premise liability, product liability and construction law/ litigation.  Anthony is also a member of a team that serves as regional counsel for a national home improvement retailer for all general liability litigation in New England.

Anthony began his litigation career in the Public Defender’s office where he represented clients in a wide variety of criminal matters in both District and Superior Court.  He then worked as a litigation associate for an international insurance defense firm where his practice included general liability, construction litigation, and contract disputes.  Prior to joining AP&S, Anthony worked at a Boston boutique litigation firm focusing mainly on complex business and commercial litigation.

Anthony is very active in the community and enjoys volunteering at organizations such as Teen Challenge, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital Addiction Treatment Unit, and the American Diabetes Foundation.

Representative Matters
  • Represented individuals and insurance providers on a wide variety of civil matters in both State and Federal Court.
  • Assisted in representing landowners in zoning appeals pursuant to Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 40A § 17.
  • Assisted in representing business owners and corporations in the Business Litigation Session of Suffolk Superior Court.
  • Argued various criminal matters involving bail violations and probation violations in Superior Court.
  • Conducted over 25 criminal trials at the district court level.
