AP&S. is pleased to welcome Joseph R. Marion, III to its Financial & Estate Practice Group. Mr. Marion will focus his practice on estate planning, income and generation-skipping tax planning, business succession planning, long term care planning, conservation easements and their associated tax implications, probate and trust administration and real estate conveyancing.
Prior to joining AP&S, Mr. Marion was an attorney in the Private Client/Trust & Estates Group in the Providence and Boston offices of Burns & Levinson LLP.
Mr. Marion received his B.A with high distinction from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. He is member of the Professional Advisory Council for the Rhode Island Foundation, a member of the Rhode Island Estate Planning Council and a member of the Finance Committee for the Board of Directors of the University of Rhode Island Alumni Association.
