Litigation Associate – Boston, MA
Adler Pollock & Sheehan, P.C. seeks an Associate with 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience to join its Boston office. Our sophisticated litigation practice includes handling complex matters, primarily in the fields of commercial law, construction, general and professional liability, and insurance. Qualified candidates must have experience assisting partners with all phases of litigation from intake through trial, including attending mediations, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and communicating directly with experts and clients.
