Overview
Kateryna is a member of the firm’s litigation group, focusing her practice on defending businesses and individuals in professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, and product liability claims. Additionally, Kateryna serves as an outside general counsel to a local renewable energy company, assisting them with corporate and employment matters, and their pre-litigation and litigation needs.
Kateryna also brings valuable in-house experience from a publicly traded biotech immuno-oncology company, where she supported the legal departments of the company and its subsidiaries. In that role, she drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and managed life cycles of a wide variety of contracts. She also aided with the preparation and maintenance of corporate governance materials, participated in the drafting and implementation of internal compliance initiatives, and supported non-executive equity grant programs.
