The apslaw.com website (“Website”) is owned and operated by Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. (“AP&S,” “we,” “us” and “our”). This Privacy Policy describes and governs how we collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of the Website.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you choose to fill out your information on the Website. In general, you may browse the Website without providing any personally identifiable information about yourself. Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to manage subscription, send marketing emails, track click-through rates, and visits to our websites from the Mailchimp email mailings. If you complete a form on our website to be added to our email subscription list, your contact data (name, email, subscription consent) will be added to our Mailchimp account. Information on webpage visited from Mailchimp emails are tracked with Google Analytics.
