Nicole received the 2021 Trailblazer in Business Award from R.I.S.E. (Realizing Inspiration & Sustaining Excellence) based on her accomplishments, commitment to the Rhode Island community and her ability to inspire others with her vision and leadership.
The award ceremony took place at the R.I.S.E. Women’s Leadership Conference on Thursday, November 4th, 2021 at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The R.I.S.E Women’s Leadership Conference revolves around the R.I.S.E pillars of: Health & Wellness, Women in Leadership, Women in Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy and Mentorship and paying it forward.
R.I.S.E. is a nonpartisan and nonprofit annual event dedicated to the goal of connecting women across various ages, professions and diverse backgrounds to bring discussion around eliminating gender, pay and socioeconomic gaps. In additions, R.I.S.E. is deeply invested in the young women of today who will be leading the world tomorrow.
