Overview
Henry is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Group. His practice focuses on representing individuals and private and public companies in business transactions, including commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters, and mergers and acquisitions. He currently works out of the Newport, Rhode Island and Providence, Rhode Island offices.
While in law school, Henry served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William P. Robinson III of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kimberly Moses of the Norfolk Probate and Family Court. Henry also worked as a law clerk for a commercial litigation firm in Boston’s Financial District and was a Summer Associate at Adler Pollock & Sheehan.

- Advised a publicly traded company regarding its acquisition of a $20 million dollar marina facility.
- Provided legal counsel to a client with over 100 motor fuel stations and convenience stores across New England regarding the acquisition, disposition, permitting, and leasing of various sites.
- Assisted a national real estate management company with receivership proceedings relating to a large retail development.
- Represented a client regarding its acquisition of an organic food and beverage company.
- Advised various clients regarding commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, permitting, financing, and leasing.
- Advised various clients regarding the acquisition, sale, formation, and dissolution of businesses.
