Overview

Henry is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate and Real Estate Groups. His practice focuses on representing companies in commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience also includes representing lending institutions and developers in commercial real estate loan transactions. He currently works out of the Newport, Rhode Island and Providence, Rhode Island offices.

Henry’s past experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable William P. Robinson III of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Kimberly Moses of the Norfolk Probate and Family Court. Henry was also a Law Clerk for a commercial litigation firm in Boston’s Financial District and a Summer Associate at Adler Pollock & Sheehan.

  • Provided legal counsel to client with over 100 motor fuel stations and convenience stores across New England in the acquisition, disposition, permitting, and leasing of various sites.
  • Assisted national real estate management company with receivership proceedings relating to a large retail development.
  • Represented client in its acquisition of an organic food and beverage company.
  • Advised various clients regarding commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, permitting, financing, and leasing.
  • Advised various clients regarding the acquisition, sale, formation, and dissolution of businesses.
