Overview

Matthew is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Group. Matthew has represented clients in matters concerning securities law, corporate governance, financial services, asset management, and regulatory compliance. Before joining AP&S, Matthew was an associate at an international law firm located in Boston, MA, where he advised on securities registration, periodic reporting, correspondence, and exemptive relief before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission while maintaining an active pro bono practice in immigration and clemency.

During law school, Matthew worked in the legal department of a public corporation based in Providence, RI, served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, and was an Articles Editor for the Roger Williams University Law Review. Matthew holds an M.S. and a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island and has significant professional experience in the accounting and finance industry.
