Jonathan M. Sachs has joined the Boston Office of Adler Pollock & Sheehan. Mr. Sachs focuses his practice on the banking, real estate and corporate areas, representing various financial institutions in connection with all types of real estate financing, portfolio lending, construction lending, loan participations, loan workouts and restructuring throughout the country. He also represents various privately held companies and developers in all aspects of real estate development (acquisition, land use, subdivisions, construction, leasing etc.) and financing of a variety of projects. Mr. Sachs has worked on a variety of transactions in the hospitality industry including acquisitions, dispositions, financings as well as the negotiation of management contracts and franchise agreements.
Prior to joining Adler Pollock & Sheehan, Mr. Sachs was a partner in the Real Estate Law Group at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP and prior to that a partner for five years at Bingham McCutchen LLP.
