AP&S Welcomes Amanda Rotimi and Zachary Domian

Amanda Rotimi joins the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. Amanda recently completed a term as a law clerk to Judge Lara E. Montecalvo of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and before that clerked for Chief Judge John J. McConnell, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Her clerkship work spanned criminal and civil matters, including dispositive motions, applications for emergency injunctive relief, and appellate opinions.

Amanda earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was a member of the Honors Program, served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Roger Williams University Law Review, and published a comment on improving access to civil justice for self-represented litigants in Rhode Island. She received her B.A. in Justice Studies, magna cum laude, from Rhode Island College. 


Zachary Domian joins the firm as an associate in the firm’s Business & Corporate and Real Estate Groups. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and land use and zoning matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Zachary served as a law clerk at Rhode Island Business Leaders Alliance where he conducted research and drafted proposed tax legislation alongside business leaders, trade associations, and educational institutions with a goal of revitalizing Rhode Island’s business climate.

Zachary received his J.D. and from Roger Williams University School of Law and his B.S. in legal studies from Roger Williams University. He also served as President of the law school’s Tax and Business Law Society.
