Erin and Susan will be presenting a seminar for the International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA) on June 26, 2025, titled, “Bid Protests”. This seminar will include an overview of the government procurement process, strategies to reduce risks, protests, and disputes, common challenges to procurement awards, and defenses to those challenges.
This day long seminar will take place at the City of Providence Law Department, 444 Westminster Street, Providence.
