Joseph Avanzato will be presenting a seminar for the National Business Institute on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 9:00am – 4:00pm at the Sheraton Providence Airport Hotel. The seminar, entitled, “Representing Small Business Clients” will focus on advising small business clients on a variety of business issues. This program will prepare you to counsel owners on an assortment of legal situations encountered during the life of a business. This CLE is worth 7.0 credits.
