Bob will be presenting at the University of Rhode Island’s 37th Annual Labor & Employment Law Conference on Friday, April 4th, 2025, taking place this year at Roger Williams University School of Law.
This conference brings together labor and employment lawyers, scholars, and representatives from federal and state agencies. Discussions will cover key legal updates from state and federal courts, a significant Supreme Court case, as well as AI standards and ethical responsibilities.
Bob’s session, “Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo: The Impact on Federal Agency Power of the End of Chevron Deference” takes place from 2:00pm – 3:30pm.
