Alan Shoer has been elected to the Board of Trustees of The Brown Club of Rhode Island. The Brown Club of Rhode Island is run by a volunteer Board, all of whom are graduates of the University. The Board organizes a broad range of events throughout the year, including lectures by Brown Faculty, social events for alumni and information sessions for potential students. The BCRI is one of the University’s most active alumni clubs, serving over 6,000 alumni in the Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts areas.
