John Tarantino will be speaking at the Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium December 8, 2006, in New York. Mr. Tarantino, counsel for the only defendant to be acquitted in Rhode Island’s landmark lead paint case, will discuss how the case came to be, the issues now on appeal and the implications of the case for similar lawsuits that have recently been filed against manufacturers around the country.
