Overview
Siobhan Surette is a member of the firm’s litigation group, where she uses her extensive litigation experience to zealously advocate for her clients. Siobhan’s practice includes defending individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in a wide variety of matters including products liability, toxic torts, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance disputes, and premises liability. Siobhan represents clients in complex multi-party litigation matters in numerous jurisdictions throughout New England in state and federal court.
Known for her insightful and strategic approach to problem solving and meticulous attention to detail; she consistently achieves favorable outcomes for her clients, including dismissals, favorable settlements, and favorable verdicts. She is excellent at managing her cases through all aspects of litigation.
Siobhan began her career with AP&S in 2015 as a litigation paralegal while simultaneously earning her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2019. While at Suffolk, she was an editor on the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy as well as a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. She received her Bachelor of Arts, Double Major in Political Science and English Communications from Emmanuel College in 2015.
