Overview

Zachary is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate and Real Estate Groups. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and land use and zoning matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Zachary served as a law clerk at Rhode Island Business Leaders Alliance where he conducted research and drafted proposed tax legislation alongside business leaders, trade associations, and educational institutions with a goal of revitalizing Rhode Island’s business climate.

Zachary graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law with a concentration in business law. While in law school, he interned for Fidelity Investments and worked with their in-house counsel on corporate matters such as entity formation and corporate governance, as well as artificial intelligence and investment fund matters. Zachary also served as President of the law school’s Tax and Business Law Society.
