Effective January 1, 2020, Steve Geanacopoulos transitioned from Shareholder to Senior Counsel status with the Firm. Steve has been a valued member of the Firm for the last 32 years, a partner for the last 29 years, and Chair of the Corporate Department for the last 15 years. In connection with Steve’s transition to Senior Counsel status, John Russell has succeeded Steve as Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Department.
