Pat Rocha, chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, was appointed by the Rhode Island Supreme Court to serve on the Character and Fitness Committee. This committee is responsible for interviewing and recommending individuals to the Court who are deemed to possess “good moral character and general fitness” and have successfully passed the Rhode Island State bar examination. Ms. Rocha will serve a three-year term effective April 1, 2006.
