Susan Leach DeBlasio presented at the Rhode Island Bar Association’s annual CLE Seminar “Basic Commercial & Real Estate Loan Documentation – A Practical Skills Seminar.” Susan has been conducting this seminar for over 10 years. While designed for new attorneys in their transition from law school to law practice, this seminar is also an ideal opportunity for general practitioners and for those who may want to expand their practice and learn more about the basic elements of representing commercial lenders and borrowers. In addition the program will also alert attendees to the ethical dilemmas they may encounter in this area of law. This seminar took place on Thursday, February 3, 2012 at the Rhode Island Law Center, 115 Cedar Street from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00p.m.. This course has been approved by the RI MCLE Commission for 5.0 RICLE credits, 1.0 of which will apply to ethics.
