On May 3, 2023, Adler Pollock & Sheehan achieved a defense verdict on all counts in a professional negligence medical malpractice wrongful death action against a Speech Language Pathologist in Middlesex County Court located in Woburn, Massachusetts. Specifically, Todd D. White represented the employee of a rehabilitation service company at a seven-day jury trial before the Honorable Judge Bloomer. The employer vigorously denied all allegations. Todd used his artful trial skills to defend, while presenting a compelling case-in-chief that our client did not deviate from the standard of care and cause the patient’s death. Thus, on May 3, 2023, the jury rendered a verdict in favor of our client on all counts in less than 90 minutes.
