Overview

Eric is a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate Law Group. His practice focuses on assisting clients in various corporate and business law matters, commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters, and commercial finance matters.

Eric graduated from Suffolk University Law School with a concentration in Business Law & Financial Services. While in law school, he interned for Justice Thomas Kaplanes of the Boston Municipal Court and served as Chief Note Editor for the Journal of High Technology Law. Eric was also a Summer Associate at AP&S.

Experience

  • Assisted client with the sale of their membership interests in their physical therapy practice.
  • Provided various legal assistance to client with gas stations and convenience stores across New England in the acquisition, permitting and contracting of the sites and furtherance of operations.
  • Provided various legal assistance to client involved in real estate development in the acquisition, permitting, and obtaining financing for development.
  • Assisted various clients in residential and commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Assisted various clients with the review and drafting of commercial lease agreements and vendor agreements.
