We are proud to welcome Colten H. Erickson, Eric S. Mulvey and Gabriella M. Valentin to the firm.
Colten H. Erickson is a member of the firm’s litigation group. His practice includes a wide array of civil matters, including complex business and commercial litigation, land use conflicts, and constitutional challenges. During law school, Colten served as a two-semester extern for the Honorable Judge Bruce M. Selya in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and as a summer intern for Magistrate Judge Patricia A. Sullivan in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Colten received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law and his B.S. from United States Merchant Marine Academy.
Eric S. Mulvey is a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate Law Group. His practice focuses on assisting clients in various business, corporate, and real estate matters. While in law school, he interned for Justice Thomas Kaplanes of the Boston Municipal Court and served as Chief Note Editor for the Journal of High Technology Law. Eric was also a Summer Associate at AP&S. Eric received his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and his B.A. from Union College.
Gabriella M. Valentin is a member of the firm’s litigation group, defending clients in a wide variety of civil matters including product liability and torts. Gabriella’s professional interests also include intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Adler Pollock & Sheehan, Gabriella worked at a boutique law firm based in Boston where she prepared legal arguments in trademark litigation proceedings. While in law school, she also interned at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office. Gabby received her J.D. from New England Law School and her B.F.A. from Rhode Island School of Design.
