Overview
Kristen Souza’s practice concentrates primarily on complex toxic exposure and product liability cases, including asbestos and talc. Kristen handles complex multi-party toxic tort litigation matters for clients and has served on national asbestos litigation defense teams.
In addition to her tort litigation practice, Kristen represents insured and self-insured businesses, manufacturers, distributors, general contractors and subcontractors, premise owners and insurers of all sizes in the defense of lawsuits brought in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine.
Kristen serves as a mentor for younger associates of the Firm and is involved in the Firm’s DEI initiatives.
