We are proud to welcome Celina Andrade, Juliana McKittrick, Patrick Sampson and Lucas Spremulli as Associates in the Litigation Group.
Celina is a member of the firm’s litigation group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and healthcare law. Celina assists a variety of clients on matters involving contract disputes, complex commercial and business litigation, and regulatory compliance.
While in law school, Celina interned for the Honorable William E. Smith of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Celina received her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Juliana McKittrick is a member of the firm’s litigation group. A thorough and steadfast advocate, Juliana represents clients in both trial and appellate matters. She draws on diverse experience, having represented clients in a variety of civil matters, such as contract disputes, real estate litigation, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining AP&S, Juliana practiced in civil litigation firms in Rhode Island and Maine. Juliana served as a law clerk for the State of Maine Judicial Branch for two terms.
Juliana received her J.D., cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law and her A.B. from Brown University.
Patrick is a member of the firm’s litigation group. He assists a variety of clients on a broad range of litigation and health care related matters. Patrick also has experience in personal injury, contract, construction, and property damage actions.
Before joining AP&S, Patrick worked for a regional civil litigation firm focused on defending personal injury, product liability, and premises liability matters.
Patrick received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
Lucas is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. His practice involves assisting clients in civil matters that include government relations, intellectual property law, and complex business and commercial litigation. Having grown up working in his family’s restaurant, Lucas has a particular interest in business litigation. His professional interests also include legislative advocacy, local government law, and constitutional law.
Before joining AP&S, Lucas interned for the Honorable Daniel A. Procaccini of the Rhode Island Superior Court, as well as the Honorable William E. Smith of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Lucas received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College.
