We are proud to welcome Jonathan L. Cabot and Danielle E. Dufault to our Business & Corporate Law Group.
Jonathan L. Cabot’s practice involves mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and general corporate matters. Jonathan’s clients range in size from closely held private companies to globally operated public companies. John earned his J.D, cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law and his BBA in Finance, cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University. After law school Jonathan clerked in the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department and also spent a year externing with an internationally operated and publicly traded gaming technology company.
Danielle E. Dufault has a wide range of experience in assisting clients with various corporate and business law matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, stock and asset acquisitions, commercial financing, and corporate governance. Danielle earned her J.D, cum laude, from Roger Williams University Law School and her B.S., Business Administration, from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to joining AP&S, Danielle worked as a corporate associate at Orson and Brusini Ltd.
