AP&S is pleased to welcome Marc A. Lewin, John M. Lerner and Paige V. Schroeder to our Providence Office.
Marc A. Lewin is an associate in the Corporate Department focusing his practice on tax planning, tax compliance, and tax controversy for business entities of all sizes, high net-worth individuals and their trusts, as well as private foundations and public charities. Prior to joining AP&S, Marc operated his own law firm concentrating on tax, estate planning, and business law litigation. He also worked for two public accounting firms performing research on complex tax compliance issues and preparing returns for all types of entities. Marc graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in English, and earned a Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
John M. Lerner is an associate practicing in the firm’s Corporate Department. A recent graduate of Boston College Law School, John will be working with clients on a wide-range of matters. John spent time interning at AP&S during law school and clerking for the Honorable William P. Robinson III of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the Honorable William E. Smith of the U.S. District Court, District of Rhode Island.
Paige V. Schroeder is a member of the firm’s litigation group, representing clients in a variety of civil matters. Paige attended Boston College Law School and received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Adler Pollock & Sheehan, Paige served as a law clerk for the Honorable William P. Robinson III at the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
